Now more than ever, students are faced with a multitude of stressors both in and out of the classroom. From academic pressures to social media influences to personal struggles, the demands on our young learners can be overwhelming. In order to effectively address these challenges and help students thrive, schools must prioritize SEL as a foundational component of their educational programs.
So what exactly is social emotional learning?
